Highlands at East Atlanta - NuRock Companies - Highlands Community Advancements
Two years ago, residents at NuRock’s Highlands of East Atlanta experienced a rodent infestation due to unsecured trash receptacles around the housing community. This unfortunate incident was dealt with promptly by The NuRock Companies, and has led the company to become even more dedicated to providing safe, affordable, and beautiful housing for their residents.
NuRock has recently implemented a new preventative maintenance program designed to preemptively deal with any problems related to plumbing and air conditioning. This new program has been designed to catch any issues residents might be having before they become bothersome. This will help make the community safer and more comfortable for residents and prevent major problems from arising in the future.
In addition to the preventative maintenance program, NuRock Companies is taking steps for major refurbishing to the Highlands community. Some of the improvements include:
· Repairing all entry gates, hand rails and stairs
· Sealing cracks in concrete
· Staining all breezeways
· Re-striping the property
· Mulching the property and trimming all trees
The housing community has also launched the BreakOut™ Initiative, which is an after-school program designed exclusively for NuRock’s Highlands of East Atlanta families. This program provides a safe environment for children to express their creativity and have quality supervision after school.
The NuRock Companies are dedicated to making comfortable, beautiful homes for residents in their communities from cosmetic improvements to preventing major problems. With these efforts, we are sure Highlands of East Atlanta families will feel at home in their community.
